del Friuli, afterwards shortly called FESN, and its office

del Friuli (Udine) . Italy. All informations and data are
subject to the following regulations:
A)
The inserted informations and material do not involve the
responsibility of FESN. Our purpose is to supply serious and
reliable scientific informations that can be verified by the
scientific council and by anybody interested to seismology,
also from the amateur and didactic point of view. Their content
is made of informations of general peculiarity and data acquired
by its own survey network; due to that it is not necessarily
exhaustive, complete, precise or up to-date. In any case we
engage ourselves to correct eventual pointed out mistakes.

FESN does not take the responsibility for services offered
by a third party our web Site activated a link with and for
any other content, information or anything else showed by
the web resource of the third party connected to the link
which can appear against the law of the Italian State.
C)
Use and/or copy even partial of informations, texts, images,
data and charts contained in all the pages of this site are
forbidden except for express consent of FESN and subject to
express instruction of the source. As well it is categorically
forbidden the spreading by a third party, in any form even
partial, of the informations regarding the location of seismic
events quoted in our web pages which are to be assumed as
provisional and subject to modification. The above data must
be considered as the result of our analysis of our own registrations
and therefore they are not official even if obtained with
the assistance of external subjects or organizations, Italian
or International. Data and results of intellectual researches
are subject to the freehold property of FESN: it will provide
to their periodical cataloguing and registration in the most
suitable technical system, provided the possibility of verification
"pro veritatis" (for the truth). Any material sent by visitors
will not be considered as in confidence and therefore FESN
will not be subject to any duty and compensation for such
material and will be free to copy, use, show and transform
it with no restriction in such a way as to be never considered
responsible for transgression of law in force as regards the
copyright or the tutelage of intellectual property.

FESN informs that data sent by visitors of their own will,
email addresses included, will be handled just in order to
supply the required informations and services. FESN undertakes
not to handle the above data for different purposes without
the express consent of the party concerned. Accuracy and truthfulness
of personal communicated data fall on the sender.

The present clause excluding responsibility has the purpose
neither to evade the law duties provided by National regulations
in force nor to exclude the responsibility when it cannot
be excluded according to the Italian right.
